Bernie Dean – Managing Director
Bernie has been involved in the industry since 1970 and offers a vast knowledge of advice on all types of protective coating work. He is proud to see his business as one of the select few to hold full government accreditation for classes 1 – 5a & 5b as per PCCP. This allows Dean Industrial to apply for work generated by all government departments, Federal, State and Local.
Adam Dean – General Manager
Adam is responsible for the general day to day operations of Dean Industrial. A builder by trade, Adam has included the protective coating branch of the business in his resume as well as the construction side. Adam completed his apprenticeship with Dean Industrial and been with the company for 30 years.
Petra Dean – Administration Manager
Petra took over the position of administration manager in 2002 following an association with the Registered Clubs Association. She is a qualified office manager and is responsible for all ongoing administration operations.
Simon Dean – Yard Manager
Simon joined the family business in 2002 and worked at the grass roots level until taking over the yard managers role in 2008. He has qualifications such as the certified coatings inspector and is currently managing the Q.A. facets of the business.
